摘  要:为去除分散黄废水中苯胺类化合物、降低其CODcr及电导率,进行了树脂吸附-蒸发浓缩的工艺路线设计及套用评价研究。筛选出吸附苯胺类化合物效果较好的大孔树脂SL-200并确定最佳吸附条件:进水pH值为1,流量为2 BV/h,解析溶剂为甲醇。结果显示,树脂再生吸附能力可达新鲜树脂的95%。系统约90%产水套用时,产品滤饼纯度可达99.99%。A technique route combined resin absorption&evaporation concentration was designed to remove the aniline compounds and reuse assessment was also carried out.A macro-porous resin,SL-200,with better result on aniline compounds removal,was selected.The condition experiments indicated that the optimum influent pH for the resin adsorption was 1,the influent flow rate was 2 BV/h and methanol was the desorption solvent for the resin generation,which could recover 95%adsorption capacity of the fresh resin.When 90%producing water was reused,the chromatographic purity of the filter cake could reach 99.99%.
