摘　　要：医学会组织医疗损害案件的技术鉴定工作具有自身优势和特点,但在鉴定组织方面存在缺陷和不足。通过对医学会组织鉴定的利弊分析,提出医学会组织医疗鉴定的实践思考和改进措施。The Medical Association has its own advantages and characteristics in organizing the technical appraisal of medical injury cases,but it also has defects and deficiencies in the appraisal organization.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Medical Association organizational appraisal,this paper put forward the practical thinking and improvement measures of Medical Association organizational appraisal.
