摘　　要：目的分析维持性血液透析患者血浆ghrelin水平与炎性因子相关性。方法选取2015年9月-2016年7月于河北省人民医院接受维持性血液透析患者50例为血液透析组,另选取健康体检者50例为健康对照组。比较2组研究对象血浆ghrelin、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,并分析血液透析组患者血浆ghrelin水平与炎性指标的相关性。结果血液透析组患者血浆ghrelin、TNF-α和IL-6水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.01);血浆ghrelin水平与TNF-α水平呈正相关(r=0.390,P<0.05)。结论血浆ghrelin水平可评价维持性血液透析患者的微炎性反应状态,与传统炎性因子具有较好的相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between plasma ghrelin level and inflammatory factors in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 50 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in Hebei General Hospital from September 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the hemodialysis group,and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group.The plasma levels of ghrelin,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between plasma ghrelin levels and inflammatory indicators in the hemodialysis group was analyzed.Results The plasma levels of ghrelin,TNF-αand IL-6 in the hemodialysis group were higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.01).The plasma ghrelin level was positively correlated with the TNF-αlevel(r=0.390,P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma ghrelin can be used to evaluate the inflammatory status of maintenance hemodialysis patients,which has a good correlation with traditional inflammatory factors.
