摘 要:以二维三角晶格为例,考察其垂直于平面的晶格振动,在简谐近似和最近邻近似下,推导晶格振动的格波解和色散关系,利用Matlab软件作出二维色散关系曲线,并将计算结果与二维六角晶格振动情况作比较.结果显示,两种情况下色散关系表达式的形式相同,在原子质量、晶格常数和恢复力系数相等的情况下,二维三角晶格的振动频率是二维六角晶格振动频率的√2倍.Taking a two-dimensional triangular lattice as an example,we investigate it’s lattice vibration in the vertical plane.Under the harmonic approximation and the nearest neighbor approximation,the lattice wave solution and dispersion relation of the lattice vibration are derived,and the two-dimensional dispersion relation curve is plotted by using MATLAB software.Furthermore,the calculated results are compared with the vertical vibration of two-dimensional hexagonal lattice.We obtain the same expression of dispersion relation in both cases.When the atomic mass,lattice constant and restoring force coefficient are equal,the vibration frequency of two-dimensional triangular lattice is √2 times that of two-dimensional hexagonal lattice.
