摘　　要：目的分析青海省2011-2018年疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization, AEFI)监测结果,评价青海省AEFI监测质量。方法通过中国AEFI监测管理系统收集2011-2018年青海省AEFI监测资料,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2011-2018年青海省报告AEFI个案949例,平均报告发生率为7.52/10万。报告个案中男性526例(55.43%)、女性423例(44.57%),主要集中在3岁组以下,共794例(83.67%);4-9月报告数最多。一般反应最多,共893例(94.10%),异常反应次之,共30例(3.16%)。一般反应中发热最多,异常反应中过敏反应最多。AEFI报告发生率前3位的分别为白破疫苗、百白破疫苗和含麻类疫苗。结论青海省AEFI监测敏感性在增强,但仍需加强AEFI监测的培训和指导。Objective To analyze monitoring results of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)in Qinghai from 2011 to 2018,and evaluate the quality of AEFI surveillance.Methods The data of AEFI cases were collected from 2011 to 2018 based on AEFI information management system,and the analysis was made by descriptive epidemiological method.Results Nine hundred and ninety four AEFI cases(526 males and 423 females)from 2011 to 2018 were reported in Qinghai with average incidence rate of reported at 7.52/100000 doses,In the reported cases,526(55.43%)cases were males and 423(44.57%)cases were female,the case were mainly groupped below 3 years old with 794(83.67%)cases in total,and the cases occurred through April to September were maximum.The cases with common vaccine reactions were the most,a total of 893 cases(94.10%);the cases with abnormal vaccine reactions the cases with abnormal vaccine reactions were the second,a total of 30 cases(3.16%).The top three vaccines for reported AEFIs were diphtheria vaccine,diphtheria pertussis tetanus vaccine,and measles-bearing vaccine.Conclusion The sensitivity in AEFI monitoring is intensified in Qinghai,but the training and guidance of AEFI monitoring remain to be strengthened.
