摘　　要：我本次讲座内容是治疗方案的制定而不在手术本身。之前几位讲者的发言非常有趣和重要,但我要讲的却不一样。我所讲的不是介绍一些具体技术、诀窍或者如何通过某种治疗来解决问题,而是更侧重于治疗方案的制定阶段,这个内容似乎没那么有趣,但却非常重要,特别是对于有更多慢性症状的来诊患者。This talk is about planning not doing.The speakers and their talks are incredibly interesting and important.But this talk is different.This talk isn't one where I will be showing tips and techniques or how I approached a problem with a specific treatment,but more about the planning stage,which doesn't seem like a very interesting stage,but it is incredibly important.And especially for these patients who come in with more chronic problems.The planning part is often times more important than the actual doing.Imagine that you have this patient who comes to you.This patient obviously has had significant deficits and trauma from a previous injury.This patient had a previous compartment syndrome.
