新型的环氧丙烯酸变色涂料制备及应用研究

摘　　要：为了制造出性能更高的环保型热变色涂料,文章利用环氧-丙烯酸作为成膜物质,对环氧-丙烯酸的性能做出研究,选择最佳比例形成环氧-丙烯酸乳液。将无机热变色材料分散于环氧丙烯酸树脂中,制成环氧-丙烯酸热变色涂料,并针对涂料性能进行系列实验。实验结果表明,利用新型环氧丙烯酸做出的热变色涂料受热颜色变化明显,且在工程应用中表现出良好的色泽变化,具有性能优良,稳定性较高,长时间贮存等优点,能够广泛利用在化学防伪、汽车等各个工业领域。In order to produce a more environment-friendly thermochromic coating,epoxy acrylic acid was used as the film forming material to study the properties of epoxy acrylic acid,and the best proportion was chosen to form epoxy acrylic emulsion.Inorganic thermochromic materials were dispersed in epoxy acrylic resin to prepare epoxy acrylic thermochromic coating.A series of experiments were carried out on the properties of the coatings.The experimental results show that the color of the thermochromic coating made of new epoxy acrylic acid changes obviously when heated,and shows good color changes in engineering applications.It has the advantages of excellent performance,high stability,long-term storage,etc.,and can be widely used in chemical anti-counterfeiting,automobile and other industrial fields.
