基于复合树脂在年轻恒牙冠折自体牙断端复位再接的临床分析

摘　　要：文章主要目的在于分析基于复合树脂在年轻恒牙冠折自体牙断端复位再接的临床效果,并且对其进行推广应用。文章选择符合要求的130位年轻患者作为实验对象,将其平均分为两组,一组使用基于复合树脂的冠折自体牙断端复位再接手术作为观察组,另一组使用复合树脂直接修复治疗手术作为对照组;然后比较两组的成功率、患者满意度和修复效果。实验结果表明,术后3个月、6个月、12个月和24个月中观察组的成功率高于对照组,且两者差异均无统计学差异(P>0.05);在前6个月观察组的患者满意度高于对照组,两者差异均无统计学差异(P>0.05),12个月之后观察组的患者满意度明显高于对照组,两者差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05);修复效果上对照组的密合性能高于观察组,其余四个指标均低于对照组,在密合性能、外形和颜色上两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在咀嚼功能和冷热敏感上两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the clinical effect of reduction and reconnection of autologous teeth with crown-fractured young permanent teeth based on composite resin,and to promote its application.The paper selects 130 young patients who meet the requirements as experimental subjects,and divides them into two groups.One group uses composite resin-based crown fracture autogenous tooth reduction and reconnection as the observation group,the other group used composite resin for direct repair surgery as a control group;then coMPare the success rate,patient satisfaction and repair effect of the two groups.The experimental results showed that the success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months,6 months,12 months and 24 months after surgery,and there was no statistical difference between the two(P>0.05);in the first 6 months,the patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was no statistical difference between the two(P>0.05),after 12 months,the patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two was statistically differ­ent(P<0.05);In the repair effect,the adhesion performance of the control group is higher than that of the obser­vation group,and the other four indexes are lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups in adhesion performance,appearance and color is statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically signifi­cant difference between the two groups in terms of function and sensitivity to cold and heat(P>0.05).
