摘 要:目的:为了分析木制建筑用胶粘剂性能对温度的变化影响,设计性能变化测试实验。方法:分析木制建筑用胶粘剂的胶结机制,并根据胶结机制和原理,分别从木制建筑用胶黏剂制备、性能测试以及环境温度测控3个方面准备实验原料与仪器。设置60℃、70℃和85℃作为制备反应环境温度变量,实现木制建筑用胶粘剂的合成制备。以不同温度下得出的制备结果为样本,分别从胶粘剂表征、黏度和粘接强度3个方面进行性能测试,并对测试数据进行处理与分析。结果:经过对胶黏剂性能测试结果的量化分析,发现60℃下制备胶黏剂的红外光谱信号更强,且70℃下的测试实验样本的黏度和粘接强度更强。结论:经过纵向对比,木制建筑用胶粘剂在60℃~70℃环境下的性能更优,70℃为最佳制备反应温度。Objective:In order to analyze the effect of the properties of adhesives used in wooden building on the temperature change,the performance change test was designed.Methods:The bonding mechanism of adhesives used in wooden construction was analyzed.According to the bonding mechanism and principle,the raw materials and instruments were prepared from three aspects:preparation of adhesives used in wooden construction,performance test and environmental temperature measurement and control.60℃,70℃and 85℃were set as the reaction temperature variables to realize the synthesis and preparation of adhesives for wooden building.The results obtained at different temperatures were taken as samples,and the properties of the adhesives were tested from three aspects:adhesive characterization,viscosity and bonding strength,and the test data were processed and analyzed.Results:Through the quantitative analysis of the test results of the adhesives,it was found that the infrared spectral signal of the adhesives prepared at 60℃was stronger,and the viscosity and bonding strength of the test samples were stronger at 70℃.Conclusion:Through longitudinal coMParison,the performance of the adhesives for wooden construction is better at 60℃~70℃,and 70℃is the best preparation reaction temperature.
