摘 要:倒闸操作是电力系统运行过程中所进行的正常操作,可靠、安全是其操作过程中所必须保障的事项,其中,正确的操作票是防止和避免误操作的关键措施。随着电网规模的日渐发展和扩大,传统的手工操作票已经不符合如今电力系统运行的需要,经过专家们的不断努力,操作票自动生成系统不断升级,其智能性也在逐渐提高,对于减轻调度人员的工作压力,促进电力系统安全运行起到关键性作用。但是,目前操作票系统仍旧存在很多不足,为此,本文基于多智能体理论设计并构建了功能结构清晰的电网调度操作票自动生成系统,建立了多智能体操作票系统模型,对于提高电力系统运行安全性有重要意义。Switching operation is the normal operation performed during the operation of the power system.Reliability and safety are the items that must be guaranteed during the operation.Among them,the correct operation ticket is the key measure to prevent and avoid misoperation.With the gradual development and expansion of the power grid,the traditional manual operation ticket no longer meets the needs of today’s power system operation.After the continuous efforts of experts,the automatic operation ticket generation system is continuously upgraded,and its intelligence is gradually improved.The work pressure of dispatchers plays a key role in promoting the safe operation of the power system.However,the current operation ticket system still has many shortcomings.For this reason,based on the theory of multi-agents,this paper designs and builds an automatic generation system for grid dispatching operation tickets with a clear functional structure,and the establishment of a multi-agent operation ticket system model is of great significance for improving the safety of the power system.
