摘 要:单胺氧化酶(Monoamine oxidases,MAOs)是一种膜结合的线粒体酶,通过催化氧化及脱氨反应来维持神经递质和其他生物胺在生物系统中的稳态。MAOs功能障碍与许多神经和精神疾病密切相关,因此,监测MAOs的活性及表达水平,对深入理解其生理功能及相关疾病的临床诊断都具有十分重要的意义。荧光探针具有原位、无创、可实时成像等优势,是准确监测MAOs活性的一种有效方法。本文综述了近年来MAOs荧光探针的研究进展,阐述了这些荧光探针在MAOs相关疾病诊断及治疗中的应用。Monoamine oxidases(MAOs)are a family of membrane-bound mitochondrial enzymes that play important roles in maintaining the homeostasis of neurotransmitters and other bioamines in the biological system through catalytic oxidation and deamination.The dysfunction of MAOs is closely related to many neurological and psychiatric disorders.Thus,monitoring the activity/level of MAOs is of great significance for deeply understanding their physiological functions and for clinical diagnosis of MAOs-related diseases.Fluorescent probes with the ability of in situ,noninvasive and real-time imaging provide an effective method to accurately detect MAOs activity.In this review,the research progress of fluorescent probes for MAOs in recent years and their applications for the diagnosis and therapy of MAOs-related diseases are reviewed.
