摘 要:随着社会经济的发展和汽车的普及,停车位紧缺的情况日益严重,智能升降车库的发展成为迫在眉睫的问题。为保证智能升降车库的安全性和稳定性,基于大型有限元软件Abaqus对智能升降车库进行建模仿真与分析。文中采用梁单元对横梁框架及滑轨进行模拟,采用壳单元对停车位进行模拟,滑轨和车位之间采用弹簧单元进行分析,根据智能停车位的实际情况,采用符合实际的梁单元、壳单元以及弹簧单元进行精确分析。分析结果指出了智能升降车位存在的隐患问题,从力学角度提出了车库的修改建议。With the development of social economy and the increasing popularity of automobiles,the lack of parking spaces has become increasingly serious,and the development of intelligent elevating garages has become more urgent.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the intelligent elevating garage,the large-scale finite element software Abaqus was used to model,simulate and analyze the intelligent elevating garage.The beam frame and sliding track were simulated by beam element,the parking space was simulated by shell element,and the sliding track and parking space were analyzed by spring element.According to the actual situation of intelligent parking spaces,the beam element,shell element and spring element were used for accurate analysis.Analysis results showed hidden problems of intelligent elevating parking spaces,and put forward some suggestions for garage improvement from the mechanical point of view.
