摘 要:目的评估输入性寨卡病毒引起广州市出现本地传播的风险,为完善寨卡病毒病的防控工作提供参考依据。方法应用描述流行病学方法对2016-2018年广州市报告输入性寨卡病毒病和寨卡疫区归国人员病原学主动监测的数据进行统计分析。结果2016-2018年广州市共报告输入性寨卡病毒病例3例,输入来源分别是委内瑞拉、苏里南和马尔代夫。2例通过入境检疫发现,1例通过入境主动申报检测发现。入穗原因是入境探亲和旅游返穗。寨卡疫区入境人员病原学主动监测示340人份血液标本,经检测寨卡病毒核酸均为阴性。结论广州市存在较高的寨卡病毒病输入风险。寨卡病毒因多为轻症、入境检疫难度高,存在输入性疫情导致本地传播的风险。建议建立针对疫区回国人员出现发热、皮疹等症状排查监测体系,提高检测速度,掌握和限制排查人员的活动轨迹等防控措施,降低因输入病例引起本地传播的风险。Objective To assess local transmission risk of imported Zika virus disease in Guangzhou,and provide reference for improving the preventions and controls on Zika virus diseases.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of imported Zika virus diseases cases and active surveillance of returnees from Zika epidemic areas in Guangzhou from 2016 to 2018.Results Three imported cases of Zika virus diseases were reported from 2016 to 2018,and the sources were imported from Venezuela,Suriname and Maldives.Two cases were found through entry quarantine,and one case was found through voluntary declaration during the entry.The reasons for entry were relative visit and travel back to Guangzhou.A total of 340 blood samples were collected by active surveillance on the etiology of immigrants from Zika epidemic areas,and all of the samples were negative for Zika virus nucleic acid.Conclusion Guangzhou is found to have a high risk of Zika virus disease importation.Since Zika virus is mild in most cases,it is difficult in entry quarantine,and there is a risk of local transmission caused by imported epidemic.It is suggested to take the prevention and control measures to establish a surveillance system for fever,rash and other symptoms among returnees from epidemic areas,improve the speed of test,control and restrict the movement of quarantined population,etc.to reduce the risk of local transmission caused by imported cases.
