摘　　要：目的了解洛阳老城区疾病预防控制中心自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling and testing,VCT)门诊求询人群人口学特征及人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染情况,为针对性地开展VCT工作提供科学依据。方法对2017-2019年洛阳老城区疾病预防控市中心VCT门诊求询者进行流行病学调查及HIV抗体检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果2017-2019年洛阳老城区疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊共接待求询者769人,其中男性591人、女性178人,男女性别比为3.32:1;年龄主要集中在20~49岁,共计643人,占83.62%。HIV检测769人,检出阳性21人,阳性率为2.73%,其中男性20人,阳性率为3.38%,高于女性。不同婚姻状况中离异或丧偶阳性最高,阳性率为9.52%(χ^(2)=10.108,P<0.05)。求询者危险因素以商业异性性行为史最多,男男性行为次之,但男男性行为阳性率最高,阳性率为7.14%(χ^(2)=52.136,P<0.05)。结论VCT是发现HIV感染者的有效途径,男性、20~49岁、离异或丧偶、男男性行为的HIV抗体阳性率较高,是今后洛阳老城区艾滋病的重点干预人群。Objective To understand the demographic characteristics and human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection of populations in the voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)clinic of Luoyang Old Town Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and to provide a scientific basis for targeted VCT work.Methods Epidemiological surveys and HIV antibody tests were performed on VCT clinics in Luoyang Old Town Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2017 to 2019,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results VCT clinics of Luoyang Old Town Center for Disease Control and Prevention received a total of 769 visitors from 2017 to 2019,including 591 males and 178 females,and the male-female gender ratio was 3.32:1;the visitors mainly concentrated in the 20-49 years old in terms of the age,a total of 643 visitors visited,accounting for 83.62%;769 people were tested for HIV,and 21 were positive with a positive rate of 2.73%.There were 20 males with a positive rate of 3.38%;being higher than that of females.The divorced or widowed visitors from different marital statuses were found to have maximum positive rate with a positive rate of 9.52%(χ^(2)=10.108,P<0.05).The history of commercial heterosexual behaviors in visitors were found to be maximum hazardous factor,followed by men who had sex with men(MSM),while the positive rate of MSM were maximum with a positive rate of 7.14%(χ^(2)=52.136,P<0.05).Conclusion VCT is an effective way to find HIV-infected subject.The male,age at 20-49 years old,divorced or widowed or MSM is confirmed to have higher HIV antibody positive rate,being key intervention group for AIDS in Luoyang Old Town in the future.
