摘　　要：精准扶贫政策实施以来,基层党组织带领贫困群众走出了一条中国特色的扶贫道路,历史性成就显著,为解决我国贫困问题作出重大贡献。农村基层党组织在精准扶贫中坚持以人民为中心,坚持依据不同地区实际情况制定扶贫措施,坚持激发贫困地区群众的内生动力,坚持动员社会力量、整合社会资源实现脱贫,坚持以精准识贫为基础、做好服务为核心、规范监管为保障,为我国农村精准扶贫积累了丰富经验。在取得脱贫攻坚胜利之后,基层党组织要继续做好扶贫工作,以加强相对贫困治理为重点,将贫困治理与乡村振兴结合起来,推进全体人民实现共同富裕的目标,为实现"两个一百年"打好坚实基础。Since the implementation of the Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policy,the grass-roots Party organizations have led the poor people out of a road of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,with significant historic achievements,and made significant contributions to solving the poverty problem in China.Rural grassroots Party organizations in poverty alleviation and adhere to the people as the center,in the precise adhere to the actual situation for poverty alleviation measures according to different regions,stick to stimulate poor areas the endogenous power of the masses,mobilize social forces,integrate social resources to achieve out of poverty,on the basis of accurate knowledge poverty,completes the service as the core,standardized regulation as the guarantee,it has accumulated rich experience for targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas of China.After the victory in poverty alleviation,community-level Party organizations should continue to do a good job in poverty alleviation,focus on strengthening relative poverty control,combine poverty control with rural revitalization,promote the goal of common prosperity for all the people,and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the"Two Centenary".
