摘 要:开关电源变压器部分会产生漏磁通,当经过电流时,产生尖峰干扰和谐振干扰等电磁兼容问题,据此,提出开关电源变压器的电磁兼容失效分析与整改策略。通过分析和计算小功率变压器漏磁化电流和变压器漏感参数的数学模型,结合整体电磁兼容整改问题的分析,提出在适当端口增加差模电容、差模电感、磁环和屏蔽板等整改策略,解决开关电源输出电流共模干扰问题。测试结果表明,通过对电源端口整改、功率器件整改,增加磁环或者屏蔽板等措施,可以很好的解决尖峰、谐振等共模干扰问题。The transformer part of switching power supply will produce leakage flux,which will produce peak interference and harmonic interference when passing through current.Based on this,the EMC failure analysis and rectification strategy of switching power supply transformer are proposed.By analyzing and calculating the mathematical model of magnetization leakage current and inductance leakage parameters of small power transformer,combined with the analysis of the overall EMC rectification problem,the rectification strategy of adding differential mode capacitor,differential mode inductor,magnetic ring and shielding plate in the appro-priate port is proposed to solve the common mode interference problem of output current of switching power supply.The test results show that the common mode interference problems,such as peak and resonance,can be well solved by rectifying the power port and power device,adding magnetic ring or shield plate.
