摘 要:为了在现有的模锻设备上研制出高速动车组钢质制动盘精密模锻件,通过Deform-3D软件数值模拟了精密模锻成形过程,优化了钢质制动盘精密模锻件的结构尺寸。在此基础上,保持其他工艺参数相同,始锻温度分别为1150、1180和1200℃,模具与坯料之间的摩擦因子分别为0.25、0.30和0.35,加载速度分别为300、400和500 mm·s^(-1),进行精密模锻过程的数值模拟。分析结果表明,随着始锻温度的升高,变形力减小,终锻结束时的最大等效应力增加,最大等效应变先减小、后增大;随着摩擦因子的增大,变形力增大,终锻结束时的最大等效应力、最大等效应变均增加;随着加载速度的增加,最大等效应力、最大等效应变均增大。最后,在220 MN电动螺旋压力机上验证了数值模拟的准确性。In order to develop precision die forgings of steel brake disc for high-speed EMUs on the existing die forging equipment, the process of precision die forging was simulated by software Deform-3 D, and the structures and dimensions of precision die forgings for steel brake disc was optimized. On this basis, the numerical simulation of precision die forging process was conducted with the initial forging temperatures of 1150,1180 and 1200 ℃, the friction factors between die and billet of 0.25, 0.30 and 0.35, the loading speeds of 300, 400 and 500 mm·s^(-1) respectively on the basis of the other process parameters being the same. The analysis results show that with the increasing of initial forging temperature, the deformation force decreases, the maximum equivalent stress at the end of final forging increases, and the maximum equivalent strain decreases first and then increases. With the increasing of friction factor, the deformation force increases, and the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum equivalent strain at the end of final forging increase. With the increasing of loading speed, the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum equivalent strain increase. Finally, the accuracy of numerical simulation was verified by electric screw press of 220 MN.
