摘 要:通过数值模拟和实验研究了不同工艺参数对DP780高强钢扭力梁液压成形结果的影响,以改善零件的成形质量。理论证明了在V形区域内,上模与管材之间的间隙(管材凹陷深度)对液压终成形后零件的成形质量具有重要影响。因此,在预成形过程中采用内压支撑工艺,并讨论了不同支撑内压对成形结果的影响。结果表明,在预成形过程中,在适当的支撑内压范围内进行成形,可以有效地改善厚度分布。在液压终成形过程中,研究了轴向补料时支撑内压对管材成形的影响。结果表明,适当的支撑内压可以避免管端皱纹的产生,并可有效地改善管端附近的厚度分布。最后,通过液压成形工艺制造出了合格的扭力梁。The influences of different process parameters on hydroforming results for DP780 high-strength steel torsion beam were researched by numerical simulations and experiments to improve the forming quality of parts, and the theory proved that the clearance between upper die and tube(dent depth of tube) in the V-shaped area had an important influence on the forming quality of parts after hydroforming. Therefore, the supporting internal pressure process was used in the pre-forming process, and the influences of different supporting internal pressures on the forming results were discussed. The results show that in the pre-forming process, the forming within an appropriate supporting internal pressure range can effectively improve the thickness distribution. In the hydroforming process, the influence of supporting internal pressure on tube formability during axial feeding was analyzed. Thus, the proper supporting internal pressure can avoid wrinkles on the tube end and effectively improve the thickness distribution near the tube end. Finally, the qualified torsion beams are manufactured by hydroforming process.
