摘  要:针对缺齿式齿套挤倒锥角工艺中轮齿间变形量差异较明显和轮齿两侧齿廓普遍不对称的问题,提出了挤倒锥角时先在缺齿部位预留半高齿,再通过二次复拉花键去除半高齿的工艺方案。采用Workbench软件的瞬态动力学模块对缺齿式和两种半高齿式齿套的正、反转挤齿过程进行仿真研究,得到3种齿套轮齿的变形分布和轮齿两侧分度圆齿廓线的圆周变形情况。提出齿间变形差异性衡量指标和齿面不对称性衡量指标的概念,对3种齿套不同轮齿间两侧齿面的变形差异程度和两侧变形的不对称程度进行了对比分析。结果表明:当半高齿齿顶圆直径为Φ71.0 mm时,轮齿间左、右两侧齿廓变形量的平均值比缺齿式齿套和半高齿顶圆直径为Φ71.5 mm的齿套大;轮齿间左侧齿廓的变形差异性比缺齿式大2×10^(-5) mm,轮齿间右侧齿廓的变形差异性比缺齿式齿套小7.5×10^(-4) mm;轮齿两侧齿廓变形不对称性比缺齿式齿套小2.76×10^(-3) mm。For the problems of obvious difference in deformation between gear teeth and general asymmetry of tooth profile on both sides of gear tooth in the process of extruding inverted cone angle for tooth-missing gear sleeve, a process scheme was proposed, which was to reserve half-height teeth at missing teeth part when extruding inverted cone angle, and then remove half-height teeth by the twice drawing spline. Then, forward and reverse gear extrusion processes of tooth sleeves for missing tooth and two kinds of half-height tooth were simulated by the transient dynamic module of software Workbench, and the deformation distribution of gear teeth for three kinds of sleeves and the circumferential deformation of indexing circle tooth profiles on both sides of gear teeth were obtained. Furthermore, the concepts of measurement indexes for difference in deformation between teeth and tooth surface asymmetry were proposed, and the difference degree of deformation on both sides of tooth surfaces and the asymmetry degree of deformation on both sides for three kinds of gear sleeves were compared and analyzed. The results show that when the addendum circle diameter of halfheight tooth is Φ71.0 mm, the average value of tooth profile deformation between the left and right sides of gear tooth is larger than that of the tooth-missing sleeve and the half-height tooth sleeve with the addendum circle diameter of Φ71.5 mm, the deformation difference of the left tooth profile is 2×10^(-5) mm larger than that of missing tooth sleeve, the deformation difference of the right tooth profile is 7.5×10^(-4) mm smaller than that of tooth-missing sleeve, and the asymmetry of tooth profile deformation on both sides of tear tooth is 2.76×10^(-3) mm smaller than that of tooth-missing sleeve.
