摘 要:根据螺母侧板的结构,分析了该产品的冲压工艺,指出在模具上对螺母侧板上进行攻牙是这套模具的难点;利用3D建模软件对产品进行造型后,得到了该产品的展平图,从而得到该产品的准确落料模尺寸;然后,详细地介绍了螺母侧板级进模具的料带图,并重点分析了该模具的翻边工艺;在该模具上安装螺母螺杆机构、齿轮机构和丝锥等结构,利用上模的上、下运动作为动力源,由螺母螺杆机构将上模的直线运动转化为旋转运动,并通过齿轮机构带动丝锥旋转,从而在级进模具中插入攻牙工序,在级进模具的生产过程中实现对产品的攻牙,可代替人工攻牙,实现自动化生产。According to the structure of nut side plate, the stamping process of the product was analyzed, and it was pointed out that tapping the nut side plate on the die was the difficulty for this set of die. Then, after modeling the product with 3 D modeling software, the flattened drawing of this product was obtained, and the accurate blanking die sizes of the product were obtained. Furthermore, the strip layout of progressive die for nut side plate was introduced in detail, and the flanging hole process of the die was mainly analyzed. In addition, the nut-screw mechanism, gear mechanism, tap and other structures were installed on the die, the nut-screw mechanism converted the linear motion of the upper die into rotary motion by using the up and down movement of the upper die as the power source, and the tap was rotated by the gear mechanism. Thus, the tapping process in the progressive die was inserted, and in the production process of the progressive die, the tapping of the product was realized to substitute manual tapping and realize automatic production.
