高校图书馆事业发展战略重点研究——基于国外高校图书馆战略规划文本的分析

摘　　要：随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高校图书馆发展面临的形势和挑战发生了变化。文章以国外40所高校图书馆战略规划文本作为研究样本,发现战略重点集中在研究及教学的支持、馆藏资源的管理与利用、物理空间改造及数字空间的技术升级、人才队伍培养、组织管理等方面,基于此分析,对我国高校图书馆未来发展的战略重点进行了思考和讨论。As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the situation and challenges faced by the development of university libraries have changed.This paper takes the strategic planning texts of 40 foreign university libraries as research samples,finding that the strategic focus lies in the support of research and teaching,the management and utilization of collection resources,the transformation of physical space,the technical upgrading of digital space,the training of talents,and the organization and management,etc.Based on this analysis,it considers and discusses the strategic focus of the future development of university libraries in China.
