摘　　要：糖尿病已成为影响人类健康的重要慢性疾病,目前全球患者已达4亿人口,是亟需解决的全球主要卫生问题之一。传统藏医学认为糖尿病是在外缘内因影响下导致体内代谢紊乱产生的一系列症状,并运用丰富的藏医药理论和独特的高原药用植物资源对该病进行多年的治疗,积累了丰富的经验。文章通过对SciFinder Scholar、PubMed、Web ofScience、中国科技期刊数据库、中国知网数据库及相关藏医药典籍进行检索,系统综述了当前藏医药在糖尿病及其并发症治疗方面的临床及研究进展,为糖尿病治疗及药物开发提供藏医药治疗思路的参考。Diabetes has become an important chronic disease affecting human health.At present,the global popu⁃lation of patients has reached 400 million,which is one of the major global health problems that need to be solved urgently.Traditional Tibetan medicine believes that diabetes is a series of symptoms caused by metabolic disor⁃ders in the body,and has applied rich Tibetan medicine theories and unique plateau medicinal plant resources to treat this disease for many years and accumulated rich experience.This article systematically reviewed the clini⁃cal and research progress of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of diabetes and its complications by searching Sci⁃Finder Scholar,PubMed,Web of Science,China Science and technology periodical database,China HowNet data⁃base and related Tibetan medical books and periodicals,providing reference for the treatment of diabetic diseas⁃es and drug development.and related Tibetan medical books and periodicals,providing reference for the treat⁃ment of diabetic diseases and drug development and related Tibetan medical books and periodicals.
