摘　　要：目的:探讨用解剖型接骨板内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果。方法:选取常熟市第二人民医院2016年5月至2019年8月收治的70例多发性肋骨骨折患者,将其随机分为爪型接骨板组(n=35)和解剖型接骨板组(n=35)。对爪型接骨板组患者进行爪型接骨板内固定术,对解剖型接骨板组患者进行解剖型接骨板内固定术。然后比较两组患者的手术指标、术后疼痛程度和术后并发症的发生情况。结果:解剖型接骨板组患者的术中出血量、引流量均少于爪型接骨板组患者,其住院时间短于爪型接骨板组患者,其术后并发症的发生率、术后VAS评分均低于爪型接骨板组患者,P<0.05。结论:用解剖型接骨板内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果较好,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of anatomic plate internal fixation in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.METHODS:A total of 70 patients with multiple rib fractures admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Changshu City from May 2016 to August 2019 were randomly divided into claw bone plate group(n=35)and anatomic bone plate group(n=35).Claw plate internal fixation was performed for patients in the claw plate group,and anatomical plate internal fixation was performed for patients in the anatomical plate group.Then the surgical indicators,postoperative pain and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss and drainage volume of patients in the anatomic bone plate group were lower than those in the claw bone plate group,the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the claw bone plate group,the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative VAS score were lower than those in the claw bone plate group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Anatomical plate internal fixation is effective and safe in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.
