身痛逐瘀汤联合针刺疗法治疗腰椎骨质增生腰痛急性加重的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用身痛逐瘀汤联合针刺疗法治疗腰椎骨质增生腰痛急性加重的临床效果。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年8月期间广东省陆丰市潭西镇卫生院收治的100例腰椎骨质增生腰痛急性加重患者作为研究对象。根据这些患者入院顺序的单双号将其分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对两组患者均进行针刺治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者使用身痛逐瘀汤进行治疗。然后观察两组患者腰痛的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、中医症状积分、治疗的效果、血清血栓素B_(2)的水平、血清6-酮-前列腺素F1α的水平及对治疗的满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组患者腰痛的VAS评分、中医症状积分及血清血栓素B_(2)的水平均低于对照组患者,其治疗的总有效率、血清6-酮-前列腺素F1α的水平及对治疗的总满意率均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用身痛逐瘀汤联合针刺疗法治疗腰椎骨质增生腰痛急性加重的效果显著,可减轻患者腰痛的程度,缓解其临床症状,调节其血清血栓素B_(2)及6-酮-前列腺素F1α的水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on acute exacerbation of low back pain in lumbar hyperosteosis.METHODS:From August 2019 to August 2020,100 patients with acute exacerbation of low back pain in Tanxi Town Health Center of Lufeng City,Guangdong Province were selected as the research subjects.These patients were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the oddeven number of admission order.Both groups were treated with acupuncture.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction.Then,visual analog scale(VAS)score,TCM symptom score,treatment effect,serum thrombotin B_(2) level,serum 6-ketone-prostaglandin F1αlevel and satisfaction with treatment were observed in 2 groups.RESULTS:After treatment,VAS score,TCM symptom score and serum thrombotin B_(2) level of observation group were lower than control group,the total effective rate of treatment,serum 6-ketone-prostaglandin F1αlevel and total satisfaction rate of treatment were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of acute exacerbation of low back pain in patients with hyperosteogeny of the lumbar spine.It can relieve the degree of low back pain,relieve the clinical symptoms,and regulate the levels of serum thrombosis B_(2) and 6-ketone-prostaglandin F1α.
