摘　　要：A century ago,the birth of the Communist Party of China (CPC)brought light to darkness in China.Uniting and leading the Chinese people in an arduous struggle,the CPC defeated Japanese invaders,overthrew the corrupt regime of the Kuomintang and established the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in 1949.
