摘 要:目的探究气相色谱串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)对含薄荷中成药中留兰香的测定价值。方法选择薄荷药材及其伪品留兰香实施GC-MS/MS法一级质谱全扫描模式化学成分分析,对结果进行聚类及主成分分析,采用多反应监测模式对留兰香指标成分予以明确及检查。结果含薄荷中成药中留兰香主要指标成分为香芹酮;测定的7批牛黄镇惊丸、45批牛黄清胃丸,共鉴定出化合物10个,其中8个化合物经对照品确认,测定的7批牛黄镇惊丸、45批牛黄清胃丸,共有12批检出微量香芹酮,其中1批牛黄镇惊丸中有大量香芹酮。结论GC-MS/MS法监测含薄荷中成药中留兰香,操作简单、结果可靠,能够为留兰香掺伪薄荷投料提供参考。Objective To explore the value of gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) in the determination of spearmint in Chinese patent medicine containing mint.MethodSelect peppermint medicinal material and its counprincipal component analysis, adopt multi-reaction monitoring mode to analyze the index components of spearmint Be clarified and inspected.ResultsThe main index component of spearmint Chinese patent medicine was carvone;10 compounds were identified in 7 batches of Niuhuang Zhenjing pills and 45 batches of Niuhuang Qingwei pills, 8 of which were confirmed by reference substance;12 batches of 7 batches of Niuhuang Zhenjing pills and 45 batches of Niuhuang Qingwei pills were detected with trace carvone, and a large amount of carvone was detected in 1 batch of Niuhuang Zhenjing pills.ConclusionThe GC-MS/MS method for monitoring spearmint in Chinese patent medicine containing mint has simple operation and reliable results,which can provide a reference for spearmint adulterated mint feed.
