摘　　要：描述宁夏下盾螨属Hypoaspis Canestrini,1885的1新种,西吉下盾螨,新种Hypoaspis xijiensis sp.nov.及对拟山下盾螨Hypoaspis submontana Bai,Gu et Chen 1994进行形态补充,标本采自宁夏西吉县大寨林场蚂蚁Myrmos sp.巢穴中,保存于军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所医学昆虫标本馆。This paper reported a new species of the genus Hypoaspis Canestrini,1885,Hypoaspis xijiensis sp.nov.,from Ningxia,China,and provided some supplementary descriptions to Hypoaspis submontana Bai,Gu et Chen 1994.The type specimen is eposited in the Collection of the Medical Entomology of Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology Academy of Military Medical Science,Beijing,China.Hypoaspis xijiensis sp・nov.(Figs.1-5)The new species is similar to Hypoaspis submontana Bai,Gu et Chen 1994,but it can be easily distinguished from the latter by its following features:1)body ossified weakly,pale yellow,withoutreticulation on dorsal plate;2)anal plate obtuse triangle shaped,Ad clearly longer than PA,Ad 1.67 times as long as PA;3)distance between anal plate and genito ventral plate 0.91 times the length of anal pore.Holotype♀,from a nest of Myrmos sp.,Xiji County(105.54°E,36.6°N),Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,China,August 19,2013,collected by BAI Xue-li.Etymology.The new species is named according to the type location,Xiji County,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Hypoaspis submontana Bai,Gu et Chen 1994 Hypoaspis submontana Bai,Gu et Chen 1994,Entomotaxonomia,16:195,figs.1-4.Female.Body light brown coloured.Dorsal plate is coved by 39 pairs of round leaf-like setae with dot nets and D_(7~8) with 1 or 2 accessory seta present between D_(7~8) on dorsal plate.1♀ pairs of setae on venter cuticle.Specimens examined:15,from a nest of Myrmos sp.,Xiji County(105.54°E,36.6°N),Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,August 19,2013,collected by BAI Xue-li;1♀,from a nest of Myrmos sp.in Liupan Mountain Natural Reserve(106°11'E,35°45'N;alt.2700 m)of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,China,April 27,2015,collected by BAI Xue-li.
