基于Gephi可视化分析血府逐瘀汤的现代临床应用

摘　　要：目的系统探析血府逐瘀汤在现代临床中的应用。方法归纳、整理2000—2018年关于血府逐瘀汤及以血府逐瘀汤为主方加减进行治疗现代临床疾病的文献,利用Gephi软件构建以血府逐瘀汤为中心的方剂、系统疾病、具体临床疾病的三层知识本体图谱,进行可视化分析。结果血府逐瘀汤在现代临床应用中,分为17类系统疾病,可治疗现代疾病多达339种,以心血管疾病,脑血管疾病和妇科疾病等系统疾病居多。优势疾病为冠心病心绞痛、头痛、失眠、抑郁症等。其中心血管疾病为其临床应用最多的系统疾病。《医林改错》所列条目中除头痛、胸痛、不眠、夜睡梦多、夜不安、瞀闷、急躁、肝气病、呃逆外,其余证候在现代临床中应用较少。结论血府逐瘀汤作为治疗血瘀证的经典名方,备受历代医家推崇,从清代流传至今,仍为临床治疗血瘀证的首选方。与原书相比,现代临床治疗中应用更多变,采用联合针刺或西药等治疗方法,达到最佳治疗效果,扩展血府逐瘀汤的临床应用。Objective To systemically discuss the application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(血府逐瘀汤) in modern diseases. Methods To sum up and sort out the literature on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and taking Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction as the main prescription to add and subtract for the treatment of modern diseases from 2000 to 2018,Gephi software was used to construct the three-layer knowledge ontology of prescription, system disease and specific clinical disease, which centered on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, and then the visual analysis was carried out. Results The treatment of modern diseases by Xuefu Zhyu Decoction was divided into 17 systemic diseases and Xuefu Zhyu Decoction could treat 339 modern diseases. The cardiovascular disease, the cerebrovascular disease and the gynecological disease were the majority. The dominant diseases were coronary heart disease, angina, cephalea, insomnia and melancholia, etc. Among them, Xuefu Zhyu Decoction is most widely used to treat cardiovascular diseases. In addition to the clinical symptoms of dysphoria, restlessness of sleep, restlessness of the night, headache and restlessness of the chest, liver Qi disease and hiccup in Yilin Gaicuo, the rest were rarely used. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, as a classic prescription for the treatment of blood stasis syndrome, is highly praised by doctors of all dynasties, and it has been handed down since the Qing Dynasty, and is still the first choice for clinical treatment of blood stasis syndrome. Compared with the original book, the application method of modern clinical treatment is more changeable. Combined acupuncture or western medicine treatment is used to achieve the best effect and expand the clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.
