摘　　要：股骨头坏死发病率逐年上升,其致病因素复杂,致残率极高,已成为严重影响我国人口健康的难治骨科疾病。中医药在股骨头坏死治疗中具有一定优势,辨证论治是中医药治疗的核心,股骨头坏死中医辨证客观化有利于提高股骨头坏死中医诊治水平,为中医药治疗股骨头坏死的标准化、规范化提供基础。综述近年来影像学、相关理化指标、组学技术及非编码RNA技术在股骨头坏死中医辨证客观化的研究进展,意深入探讨股骨头坏死中医分型的内在致病机制,以期为中医药辨证治疗股骨头坏死提供可供参考的客观量化指标,并探讨目前研究中存在的一些问题,并为未来股骨头坏死中医辨证客观化的思路进行展望。The incidence of osteonecrosis of the femoral head is increasing year by year. Its pathogenic factors are complex and the disability rate is very high. It is a difficult orthopedic disease which has become a serious impact on China’s population health. TCM has certain advantages in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head, and treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the core of TCM treatment. The objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation is conducive to the improvement of TCM diagnosis and treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head, and provides a basis for the standardization and standardization of TCM treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head. This paper reviewed the research progress of imaging, related physicochemical indexes, omics technology and non coding RNA technology in the objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation in recent years, and intended to deeply explore the internal pathogenic mechanism of TCM classification of osteonecrosis of the femoral head, so as to provide objective quantitative indexes for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of femoral head necrosis, and explore some problems existing in the current research and provide some suggestions. It is expected that TCM syndrome differentiation of osteonecrosis of the femoral head will be objective in the future.
