摘  要:伴随互联网及移动互联网的发展,农药商家越来越青睐利用互联网或移动互联网投放农药广告。笔者通过对几大网络平台进行农药商品搜索,发现有一些商家发布农药广告存在一定的违规行为,有诱导消费者购买产品的虚假宣传情况。为此,笔者提出农药互联网广告存在的问题和监管建议,以供监管部门及企业参考。With the development of the internet and mobile internet,pesticide businesses increasingly favor using the internet or mobile internet to place pesticide advertisements.By investigating several large online platforms,certain violations in pesticide advertisings were found in some extent,which were intended to mislead the consumers to purchase the products through fraudulent promotion.To this end,the author identified the problems faced by pesticides advertising on the internet and put forward several control advices for the reference of the regulatory departments and the industry.
