摘 要:建立了QuEChERS结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定琯溪蜜柚中36种农药残留的分析方法,样品经乙腈提取,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定,外标法定量。结果表明,36种农药在0.5~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好(r^(2)均>0.997),方法定量限(LOQ)为2~5μg/kg。加标回收试验,平均回收率为73.3%~108.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~10.8%。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,能够满足农药残留检测要求。A analysis method was established for the determination of the residues of 36 pesticide in Citrus maxima‘Guanxi miyou’by QuEChERS combining with HPLC-MS/MS simultaneously.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile,purified by primary secondary amine(PSA)and detected by HPLC-MS/MS.The external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.The results showed that a good linear relationship(r^(2)>0.997)was obtained in the range of 0.5-200μg/L for 36 pesticides,the limits of quantitation(LOQ)for the method were 2~5μg/kg.The additive recovery test results indicated that the average recovery rates varied between 73.3%and 108.8%and that the relative standard deviations(RSD)ranged from 1.4%to 10.8%.The method was easy,rapid and sensitive enough to satisfy the requirement of pesticide residue detection.
