摘  要:为了解19%苯甲·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂对小麦蚜虫和全蚀病的防治效果及用药量。采用拌种法测定19%苯甲·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂对麦蚜和全蚀病的田间防效。该种衣剂在药种比为237.5、313.5g a.i./100kg时,对麦蚜的防治效果分别为83.80%和88.21%,与对照药剂600g/L吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂390g a.i./100kg防治效果差异显著;对全蚀病的防治效果分别为拔节期60.42%和66.67%,抽穗期69.79%和72.71%,乳熟期77.81%和76.60%,与对照药剂30/L苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂拌种处理差异不显著。19%苯甲·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂对麦蚜和全蚀病具有良好防治效果,最佳使用剂量为药种比237.5~313.5g a.i./100kg。In order to determine the control effect and dosage of 19%difenoconazole+imidacloprid FS against Wheat Aphid and total erosion,the seed dressing method was used and the measured control effect of the product was 83.80%and 88.21%under the dosage of 237.5 and 313.5g(a.I.)/100kg seed,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the control agent(600g/L imidacloprid FS 390g(a.I.)/100kg seed).The control effect against total erosion was 60.42% and 66.67% at jointing stage,69.79%and 72.71%at heading stage,77.8%and 76.60%at milk ripening stage under the dosage of 237.5 and 313.5g(a.I.)/100kg seed,respectively.No significant difference was observed compared with the control agent 30/L difenoconazole FS.19%difenoconazole+imidacloprid FS was able to provide significant control of Wheat Aphid and total erosion when the optimal dosage is set as 237.5~313.5g(a.i.)/100kg seed.
