摘 要:植物群落的物种多样性与植物群落稳定性密切相关,基于干扰理论,本文假设高原鼠兔的干扰与非干扰区群落多样性之间存在差异并对10个干扰样地与10个非干扰样地植物群落数据进行差异分析以及干扰程度与植物群落数据的相关性分析,研究高原鼠兔干扰对高寒草甸植物群落物种丰富度指数、物种多样性指数、均匀度指数以及植被覆盖度的影响。结果表明:高原鼠兔干扰能够在一定程度上增加高寒草甸植物群落的丰富度指数、多样性指数,降低群落的均匀度指数与植被覆盖度,这些结果的产生也与高原鼠兔干扰强度紧密相关。高原鼠兔的存在对植物群落的多样性有利,对植物群落建群结构和植被覆盖度有负面影响。总之,对于高原鼠兔干扰对植物群落稳定性的影响不能够只使用是否产生干扰进行评价,同时也应该研究不同干扰强度的影响,才能更加全面地揭示高原鼠兔干扰对植物群落稳定性以及草地退化的影响。此外,探索高原鼠兔对草地生态系统产生的中度干扰与植被物种多样性响应峰值之间的关联也是必要的。The species diversity of plant community is closely related to the stability of plant community.Based on the interference theory,this paper assumed that there was a difference between the community diversity of Ochotona curzoniae in the interference and non-interference areas,and analyzed the difference between the plant community data of 10 interference sample plots and 10 non-interference sample plots,as well as the correlation between the interference degree and the plant community data,and the effects of Ochotona curzoniae disturbance on species richness index,species diversity index,evenness index and vegetation coverage of alpine meadow were studied.The results showed that Ochotona curzoniae disturbance could increase the richness index and diversity index of alpine meadow plant community to a certain extent,and reduced the evenness index and vegetation coverage of the community,and these results were also closely related to the intensity of Ochotona curzoniae disturbance.The existence of Ochotona curzoniae was beneficial to the diversity of plant community,but had negative effects on the structure of plant community and vegetation coverage.In a word,the influence of Ochotona curzoniae disturbance on the stability of plant community can not be evaluated only by whether it produces disturbance,but also by the influence of different disturbance intensity,so as to reveal the influence of Ochotona curzoniae disturbance on the stability of plant community and grassland degradation more comprehensively.In addition,it is necessary to explore the relationship between the moderate disturbance of Ochotona curzoniae to grassland ecosystem and the peak response of vegetation species diversity.
