摘　　要：目的观察火针点刺结合体针疗法对中风后痉挛瘫的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2020年1月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院脑病3科病房的30例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为观察组(15例)、对照组(15例)进行治疗,在内科基础药物和肢体康复训练的基础上,分别予以火针点刺结合体针治疗及单纯体针治疗,14 d为1周期,观察比较日常生活能力Barthel指数评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、改良Ashworth痉挛量表评级变化。结果观察组总有效率为60%,对照组总有效率40%,火针点刺结合体针疗法可有效改善患肢肌张力异常增高的状态,有助于患肢的功能重建。结论火针点刺结合体针治疗中风后痉挛瘫效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of fire acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on ADL of spastic paralysis patients after stroke. Methods From September 2019 to January 2020,30 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Encephalopathy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups: fire acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group( 15 cases) and simple body acupuncture group( 15 cases). On the basis of basic internal medicine and limb rehabilitation training,they were treated with fire acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and simple body acupuncture respectively,with 14 days as a cycle,and observed and compared daily. Results The former can effectively improve the abnormal increase of muscle tension of the affected limb and contribute to the functional reconstruction of the affected limb. Conclusion The effect of fire acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
