中药联合针灸治疗风寒型周围性面瘫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究中药联合针灸治疗风寒型周围性面瘫疗效。方法从医院半年以来收治的风寒型周围性面瘫患者中随机抽取40例作为实验的研究对象。经比对分析我们将患者分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组全部风寒型周围性面瘫病例接受中药内服治疗,观察组全部风寒型周围性面瘫病例在对照组治疗方法上配合使用针灸治疗。针灸时间为每日1次,每周针灸治疗5 d,连续治疗4周后停止服药并观察患者的症状改善情况,并对比两组的治疗成果。将两组患者在接受治疗后的有效率和患者满意程度进行对比。结果根据对两组患者进行的临床研究对比,我们发现单一的中药内服治疗在有效性方面不及中药联合针灸治疗(P<0.05)数据具有统计学意义。且最终患者的满意程度观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)数据具有统计学意义。结论通过最终数据整理后统一分析,在对风寒型周围性面瘫患者使用中药联合针灸治疗的实验过程中,中药联合针灸治疗对病症的治疗效率更好,在4周治疗结束后能直观看出两组患者的不同病症表现。观察组最终患者面瘫改善和恢复良好,所以患者满意程度更高。此方法非常值得临床推广并使用。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold type. Methods Forty patients with peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold type admitted to our hospital for half a year were randomly selected as the research objects. After comparative analysis,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group. In the control group,all cases of peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold type were treated by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine. In the observation group,all cases of wind-cold type of peripheral facial paralysis were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in the control group. The treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion was given once a day,5 days a week. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the medication was stopped and the improvement of symptoms was observed,and the treatment results of the two groups were compared. The effective rate and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results According to the comparison of clinical research of the two groups,we found that the effectiveness of single oral Chinese medicine treatment was less than that of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment( P< 0. 05). The data was statistically significant. And the final satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P< 0. 05). The data was statistically significant. Conclusion Through the unified analysis of the final data,in the experimental process of wind-cold type of peripheral facial paralysis patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture,the treatment efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture is better,and the different symptoms of two groupscan be seen directly after 4 weeks of treatment.
