金嗓利咽丸联合金嗓散结丸治疗慢性咽喉炎的效果

摘　　要：目的分析金嗓利咽丸联合金嗓散结丸治疗慢性咽喉炎的效果。方法在2019年1月—2019年6月收治的68例慢性咽喉炎患者是本次研究对象,组织患者采取抽签的方式进行分组,观察组和对照组各34例。对照组患者主要接受常规抗生素、雾化吸入治疗,观察组患者主要接受金嗓利咽胶囊与金嗓散结胶囊联合治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、临床症状消失时间以及临床症状积分。结果观察组的治疗效果高于对照组,较组间差异性显著(P<0.05)。观察组的声音嘶哑、咽喉痛、异物感等不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的烧灼感消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽痒消失时间、疼痛消失时间分别均要短于对照组,组间数据对比差异性明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床症状积分相比于对照组明显较高,组间数据对比差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论金嗓利咽丸联合金嗓散结丸治疗慢性咽喉炎的效果显著,临床症状得到明显改善,控制不良反应发生,严格依照中医诊疗规范进行治疗,临床上具有显著的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Jinsang Liyan Capsule(金嗓利咽丸) combined with Jinsang Sanjie Capsule(金嗓散结丸) in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted from January 2019 to June 2019 were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by lottery,with 34 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were mainly treated with conventional antibiotics and nebulization inhalation,while patients in the observation group were mainly treated with the combination of Jinsang Liyan Capsule and Jinsang Sanjie Capsule. The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and clinical symptom score of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with significant difference( P< 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as hoarseness,sore throat and foreign body sensation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group with statistically significant differences( P< 0. 05). The disappearing time of burning sensation,cough,pharyngeal itch and pain in the observation group were were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant( P< 0. 05). The clinical symptom score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Jinsang Liyan Capsule combined with Jinsang Sanjie Capsule has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic laryngitis. The clinical symptoms are significantly improved,the occurrence of adverse reactions is controlled,and the treatment is carried out in strict accordance with the diagnosis and treatment standards of traditional Chinese medicine. It has significant clinical application value.
