摘　　要：功能性胃肠病(functional gastrointestinal disorders,FGIDs)是以慢性或反复发作的胃肠道症状为临床表现,而无器质性病变的消化系统常见疾病。我国以功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)和肠易激综合征(irritable syndrome,IBS)最为常见。随着社会和心理的变化,FD和IBS的发病率近年来呈现上升趋势,而目前尚无特效治疗方法。西医治疗FD以抑制胃酸、促进胃肠动力、促消化等方法为主;治疗IBS以解痉镇痛、止泻等为主。中医治疗主张辨证论治,以健脾和胃为本,兼以疏肝解郁、平调寒热等治法,重视个体化治疗。中西医结合是治疗FGIDs的必然趋势,大量的临床试验证实了中西医结合方法疗效显著。脑-肠轴学说的深入研究和患者焦虑、抑郁状态的临床表现提示抗抑郁、抗焦虑治疗可作为FGIDs的治疗方法。现已证实,肠道菌群是脑-肠轴系统的重要部分,临床应用肠道微生态制剂也是治疗FGIDs的新方向。传统中医外治法针刺法和灸法因疗效明显、不良反应少等优点应用于临床,关于针灸治法的作用机制目前正在进一步研究,相信未来可在临床上广泛推广。Functional gastrointestinal disease( FGID) is a common disease of the digestive system with chronic or recurrent gastrointestinal symptoms. Functional dyspepsia( FD) and irritable bowel syndrome( IBS) are the most common clinical symptoms in China. With the development of the society,the incidence of FD and IBS has been on the rise in recent years,but there is no effective treatment at present. Integrated Chinese and western medicine is an inevitable trend in the treatment of FGIDs,and a large number of clinical trials have confirmed the significant efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine. The in-depth study of the brain-gut axis suggested that antidepressant and anti-anxiety therapy could be used as the treatment of FGIDs. Intestinal flora is an important part of the brain-gut axis system,and clinical application of intestinal microecologics agents is also a new direction in the treatment of FGIDs. Acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) have been applied in clinical practice due to their obvious curative effect,few adverse reactions and side effects.The mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion is being further studied and it is believed that it can be widely applied in clinical practice in the future.
