摘　　要：本文分析了一起典型的因为生产制造缺陷造成的干式互感器局部放电现象,阐述了脉冲电流法的局部放电检测和紫外成像技术原理。对缺陷进行原因分析,对同类型的干式互感器进行对比试验,然后得出缺陷的原因,最后通过在Comsol Multiphysics软件中进行二维建模,对分析的结果进行验证,并给出处理和防范的建议。This paper analyzes a typical partial discharge phenomenon of dry transformers caused by manufacturing defects,and expounds the principles of local discharge detection and ultraviolet imaging technology of pulse current method.The cause analysis of defects,the comparison test of the same type of dry transformer,and then the cause of the defects,and finally through the two-dimensional modeling in The Multiphysics software,the results of the analysis are verified,and recommendations for treatment and prevention are given.
