摘  要:为提高充SF_(6)气体电力设备红外检漏的检出率,本文借鉴热力学泻流理论提出了SF_(6)气体泄漏模型,计算得到了-20-40℃环境温度下SF_(6)气体泄漏的平均辐射波长为7.8至9.7μm,为选择最佳敏感波段的红外成像仪提供了依据。模型计算还证明:利用红外成像进行检漏时,降低背景温度,有利于避开SF_(6)气体的辐射波段,提高红外图像的对比度,提升泄漏检出率。据此,研制了可调温度的背景增强装置,并在多个现场进行了对比应用,显著提升了红外图像对比度和泄漏缺陷检出率。In order to improve the Sulfur hexafluoride(SF_(6))gas leakage detection rate by infra-red image,the SF_(6) gas leakage model was proposed using thermodynamic effusion theory.Model calculation shows that the average radiation wavelengths of leaking SF_(6) are between 7.8 and 9.7 micrometers under the temperature of-20-40℃,which provides the basis for choosing the optimal infra-red camera.It also shows that reducing background temperature is helpful to keep away from the radiation wavelength of SF_(6) gas so that the contrast ratio of infra-red image can be enhanced to improve the leakage detection rate.Based on this,the background enhanced apparatus with temperature adjustment function was developed and applied in SF_(6) gas leakage detection of several substations.The application proved a obvious promotion in contrast ratio of infra-red image and leakage detection rate.
