摘　　要：目的比较超声子宫输卵管造影(US-HSG)与X线子宫输卵管造影(X-HSG)诊断输卵管通畅度的价值。方法选取医院2018年10月至2020年8月收治的47例(94条输卵管)不孕患者,均行US-HSG和X-HSG检查,以宫腹腔镜检查结果为金标准,比较两种输卵管造影方法的诊断效能。结果94条输卵管,宫腹腔镜检查结果显示,输卵管阻塞(阳性)54条,输卵管通畅(阴性)40条;US-HSG诊断输卵管阻塞的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确度均高于X-HSG,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于X-HSG,US-HSG诊断输卵管阻塞的效能较高,且其具有安全性高、无创伤、价格低廉、禁忌证少等优点。Objective The values of ultrasonic hysterosalpingography(US-HSG)and X-ray hysterosalpingography(X-HSG)in the diagnosis of tubal patency were compared.Methods A total of 47 infertile women with 94 fallopian tubes received in the hospital from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected and examined by US-HSG and X-HSG at the same time.Laparoscopy results were considered as the gold standard and based on this,the diagnostic efficacy of US-HSG and X-HSG were compared.Results According to the examination results of laparoscopy,among 94 fallopian tubes,54 were positive,that is,blocked,while 40 were negative,that is fluent;The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of US-HSG in diagnosing salpingemphraxis were all higher than those of X-HSG,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with X-HSG,the efficacy of US-HSG in diagnosing salpingemphraxis was higher,and meanwhile it is safe,non-invasive,cheap and has few contraindications.
