摘 要:区块链技术能够有效解决国际医疗协作中的各种技术壁垒,普遍适用于国内三级甲等医院开展各类国际远程医疗业务。该研究主要介绍区块链技术的主要技术,分析区块链技术在远程医疗领域应用的优势,通过广泛调研不同国家的医疗信息系统,改变传统的医院会诊与服务模式,提出融合区块链等前沿技术实现全数字化国际远程会诊的方案,并通过开发、实施、测试等过程建立国际远程会诊系统,同时举例介绍其应用场景,应用该技术后不仅提升了医院的国际知名度,扩大了医疗服务范围,还为国际医疗合作探索了一条行之有效的路径。Blockchain technology can effectively solve various kinds of technical barriers in international medical cooperation and is generally suitable for domestic Grade A Tertiary hospitals to carry out all kinds of international telemedicine business.This study mainly introduced the major technologies of blockchain technology,analyzed the advantages of blockchain technology applied in field of telemedicine,changed the traditional hospital consultation and service mode through extensively investigating medical information systems of different countries,proposed scheme of realizing full digital international remote consultation by integrating the application of"blockchain"and other cuttingedge technologies.The international remote consultation system was built through the processes of development,implementation and testing.Besides,the application scenarios were introduced with examples.Through the application of this technology,the international reputation of the hospital was improved,the scope of medical services was expanded and meanwhile an effective path for international medical cooperation was explored.
