摘  要:目的检测高频电刀的输出功率,比较不同测试方法的优、缺点,为质量监督提供技术支撑。方法运用Fluke高频电刀质量分析仪、Tektronix示波器、Keysight示波器+Keysight电流探头分别测量高频电刀的单极和双极输出功率并绘制功率负载曲线图。结果在不同负载阻抗下,不同测试方法的测量结果不同,其中Fluke高频电刀质量分析仪与Keysight示波器+Keysight电流探头测量结果的一致性较高,而在某些负载阻抗下,Tektronix示波器+Keysight电流探头的测量结果与其他两种方法的测量结果差异较大。结论不同的测试方法对测量结果有一定的影响,相较于其他检测,Fluke高频电刀质量分析仪的测量结果最稳定,可为高频电刀的验收、质量控制及使用和维修等提供技术参考。Objective The output power of high-frequency electric knife was tested and the advantages and disadvantages of different test methods were compared so as to provide technical support for quality supervision.Methods The unipolar and bipolar output powers of high-frequency electric knife were measured by Fluke high-frequency electric knife quality analyzer,Tektronix oscilloscope,Keysight oscilloscope and Keysight current probe and then the power load curve was drawn.Results There existed differences in the results of different test methods under different load impedance.The measurement results of Fluke high-frequency electric knife quality analyzer and Keysight oscilloscope combined with Keysight current probe showed relatively high consistency.However,under certain load impedance,the measurement results of Tektronix oscilloscope combined with Keysight current probe were quite different from those of the other two methods.Conclusions Testing methods have a certain influence on the measurement results.Compared with the other tests,the measurement results of Fluke high-frequency electric knife quality analyzer are the most stable,which can provide technical references for the acceptance,quality control,use and maintenance of high-frequency electric knife.
