辽宁制造业与生产性服务业融合发展影响因素分析——基于全球价值链的视角

摘　　要：基于全球价值链的视角对辽宁省制造业与生产性服务业融合程度进行测算,结果显示,近几年辽宁省制造业与生产性服务业的融合程度在2014年达到0.7626,处于中级协调的状态,而2016年处于轻度失调的状态,2016—2018年间有所回升。另外,利用多元线性逐步回归方法对影响生产性服务业和制造业融合的因素进行实证分析,发现技术创新能力、经济发展水平、信息资源、人才及资金等因素对辽宁省两大产业的融合互动发展有积极作用,其中信息资源对其影响效果最好。所以,从政府完善政策促进产业融合、提升技术创新能力、促进信息化资源整合和建设等方面提出相应建议,以促进辽宁制造业更好融合到全球价值链中。Based on the perspective of global value chain,the integration degree of manufacturing and producer services in Liaoning Province is measured.The results show that in recent years,the integration degree of manufacturing and producer services in Liaoning Province reached 0.7626 in 2014,which is in a state of intermediate coordination,while in 2016,it was in a state of slight imbalance,and it picked up from 2016 to 2018.In addition,the use of multiple linear stepwise regression method on the influencing factors of producer services and manufacturing integration of empirical analysis,found the technology innovation ability and level of economic development,information resources,talent and capital on the interaction of the two big industry development in Liaoning Province has positive effect,one of the information resources on the best effect.Therefore,this study puts forward corresponding suggestions from the aspects of improving government policies to promote industrial integration,enhancing technological innovation ability,and promoting the integration and construction of information resources,so as to promote the better integration of Liaoning’s manufacturing industry into the global value chain.
