摘　　要：目的应用无创超声心动图技术全面评估心腔大小,左心室功能(收缩和舒张),并结合多普勒血流和组织多普勒组合来研究心脏形态和功能。方法应用超声心动图评估各成年组不同性别大鼠的左心房室内径及射血分数、等容舒张期等指标。结果发现无论雌雄大鼠,随月龄增加同时体质量增加,主动脉内径、左心房内径、室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度均增加,左心室舒张末期内径及容积等指标增加(P<0.01),且发现该年龄段左心房内径、左心室内径与体质量呈线性关系,而射血分数、等容舒张期等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论成年大鼠左心房室内径随月龄增加而增大呈线性关系,而心脏舒缩功能变化不大。Objective The purpose of this study was to use non-invasive echocardiography to evaluate the size of the cardiac cavity and left ventricular function(systolic and diastolic)and to study the shape and function of the heart by combining Doppler blood flow and tissue Doppler echocar-diography.Methods Echocardiography was used to evaluate the left atrial diameter,ejection fraction,and isovolumic diastolic index in adult rats of different sexes in each group.Results The results showed that the body weight,aortic inner diameter,left atrial inner diameter,ventricular septal thickness,and left ventricular posterior wall thickness in-creased with an increase in months in both male and female rats.Similarly,the end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular volume also increased(P<0.01).It was further found that the left atrial and left ventricular diameters were linearly related to body weight in the age groups,while the ejection fraction and isovolumic diastole were not significantly different bet-ween the age groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The left atrial and left ventricular diameters in adult rats increased linearly with an increase in months,but the diastolic and contractile functions of the heart exhibited little change.
