摘 要:电子商务模式分为B2C、O2O、B2B2C、C2C等模式,对于传统零售业转型成为线上线下融合的企业,要利用好现在互联网的各种模式为企业服务。传统零售业的优势实际上是渠道和供应链的先天优势,大量的网点的销售能力产生了和供应商的议价能力。通过数字化的转型,传统企业的ERP、OA、财务管理系统都有长足的发展,已经形成一套标准的体系,当然零售行业也需要细分业态,但是大体上都会有一套完备的ERP系统。本文主要探讨的是在有完备支持线下销售渠道和网点,分业态的数字化ERP基础上,如何打造一套适合企业发展的数字化分销系统。E-commerce can be classified into B2C,O2O,B2B2C,C2C etc according to its mode.Those traditional retailers transforming into click-and-mortar ones need to make full use of various internet modes to serve the company.The congenital advantages of traditional retailers are their channels and supply chains.The sales capacity of extensive retail networks leads to high bargaining power with suppliers.Through digital transformation,traditional retailers experience significant development in ERP,OA and financial management system and have formed a standardized system.Basically the companies in retail industry all have a complete set of ERP system regardless of their minute branch industries.The article mainly discusses how to establish a set of digital distribution system suitable for corporate development,based on the complete offline distribution networks and digital ERP of minute branch industry.
