舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚在无痛肠镜中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:通过比较舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼联合依托咪酯在无痛肠镜中的镇痛麻醉效果,选出一种效果更佳的肠胃镜麻醉配方。方法:从某院2018年8月~2019年1月期间实施的所有无痛肠镜病例中,随机选择70例使用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚病例作为样本组,70例使用瑞芬太尼联合依托咪酯病例作为对照组,分析两组患者在用药过程中的药效(生理指标、不良反应发生情况、术后意识恢复时长及术中体动状况)。结果:用药后样本组血氧饱和度明显高于对照组,心率、收缩压和舒张压较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后不良反应发生率样本组较对照组更低,意识恢复时间更长,注射部位疼痛发生率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚的麻醉效果明显优于瑞芬太尼联合依托咪酯,更适合应用于无痛肠胃镜检查。Objective:To to compare the analgesic effect of sufentanil combined with propofol and remifentanil combined with etomidate in painless colonoscopy,and to select a better gastrointestinal anesthesia formula.Methods:From all the painless colonoscopy cases performed in a hospital from August 2018 to January 2019,70 cases of sufentanil combined with propofol were randomly selected as the sample group and 70 cases of remifentanil combined with etomidate were selected as the control group;The efficacy(physiological indexes,incidence of adverse reactions,duration of postoperative consciousness recovery and intraoperative body movement)of the two groups of patients during the medication was analyzed.Results:After medication,the blood oxygen saturation of the sample group was significantly higher than that of the control group;The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the sample group was lower than that in the control group,the consciousness recovery time was longer,the incidence of pain at the injection site was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia effect of sufentanil combined with propofol is significantly better than remifentanil combined with etomidate,and is more suitable for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.
