摘  要:目的:探究在冠心病心绞痛治疗中注射用磷酸肌酸钠联合注射用丹参多酚酸盐所取得的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月冠心病心绞痛患者104例,随机分组法将患者分成对照组和观察组各52例,对照组给予患者丹参多酚酸盐治疗方法,观察组给予患者磷酸肌酸钠联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗方法。结果:观察组LVEDD、LADD、LVESD指标低于对照组,LVEF指标高于对照组,临床治疗有效率对比观察组较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病心绞痛疾病治疗中应用注射用磷酸肌酸钠联合注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗方法,有助于优化超声心电图指标,提升疾病临床治疗效果,帮助患者早日恢复健康。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of injection of sodium creatine phosphate injection combined with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,104 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid and the observation group with sodium creatine phosphate combined with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid.Results:The LVEDD,LADD and LVESD indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the LVEF index was higher than that of the control group,and the effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,the clinical treatment effect of injection of sodium creatine phosphate combined with injection of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid is helpful to optimize the index of ultrasonic electrocardiogram,improve the clinical treatment effect of the disease,and help the patients to recover their health as soon as possible.
