摘　　要：研究分析了我国塑料抗氧剂的应用领域、塑料抗氧剂典型产品,并对塑料抗氧剂市场需求进行了分析和预测,对中国抗氧剂行业现状及发展趋势、新产品新技术研发方向及进展进行了分析。2020年中国塑料抗氧剂行业市场需求量为182.55 kt,2025年需求量将增长至264.8 kt,目前总体基本处于供需平衡状态,但是未来行业内竞争风险进一步增大。在新产品新技术新应用研发方面也取得了丰硕的成果,新型抗氧剂方面主要方向是耐迁移抗氧剂、大相对分子质量生物基抗氧剂,新技术新应用方面主要是针对客户特定产品、特定需求进行专用配方研发,提供定制式复合产品或功能母粒。并对中国抗氧剂行业绿色健康发展提出了几点意见和建议。This paper analyzes the application fields,market demand,industry status,new product and new technology research and development progress of plastic antioxidants in China,forecasts the market demand of plastic antioxidants,and discusses the current situation and development trend of China’s antioxidant industry,as well as the research and development of new products and new technologies.It is predicted that the market demand of plastic antioxidant will be 182500 tons in China in 2020,and will grow up to 264800 tons in 2025.At present,it is basically in a state of supply and demand balance,but the competition risk in the industry will further increase in the future.In terms of new products,new technologies and new applications,fruitful results have been achieved.In terms of new antioxidants,the main directions are migration resistant antioxidants and high molecular weight bio-based antioxidants.In terms of new technologies and new applications,the research and development of special formula for specific products and specific needs of customers is mainly carried out,and customized composite products or functional masterbatch are provided.And some suggestions are presented for the green and healthy development of the industry.
