摘  要:雷公藤多苷是雷公藤的主要活性成分。雷公藤多苷具有较强的抗炎及免疫调节等作用,广泛用于炎症反应及自身免疫性疾病的治疗。雷公藤多苷治疗窗口较窄,不良反应发生率较高,主要涉及肝脏、肾脏、生殖内分泌系统等。临床常采用联合用药的方式,以达到减毒增效的目的。对近年来雷公藤多苷的不良反应及配伍减毒研究情况进行了系统的梳理和阐述,以期为临床合理应用提供参考。Tripterygium glycosides(TG) is the main active chemical constituents of Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.F). TG exhibits anti-inflammatory and immune regulation effects, and is widely used in inflammatory response and autoimmune diseases. TG has a narrow therapeutic index and a high incidence of adverse reactions, mainly involving liver, kidney and reproductive endocrine system. Combination therapy has been used in order to achieve the purpose of reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy. This review summarized the adverse reactions and combination with drugs to reduce toxicity of TG in recent years in order to facilitate the rational application of TG.
