摘 要:为进一步研究不同充液率热管作用于不同热源条件下煤堆内温度场的变化规律,采用自主搭建的热管-煤堆实验平台,测试热管作用于煤堆的移热效应。实验通过热管对煤堆的降温特性分析以及前后期热管降温速率的对比分析,对整个热管抑制煤自燃系统进行优化,以确定合适的热管充液率。结果表明:充液率为20%的热管能实现对煤堆内蓄热量快速转移的最佳效果;实验发现煤堆高温区的温度大小对于热管移热性能影响较大,同样充液率条件下,热管在高温热源下煤堆降温速率是低温热源下降温速率的2倍;越靠近热源处的煤体,其温度幅度变化受到热源和热管作用双重影响越明显。In order to further study the change laws of temperature field in coal pile under different heat source conditions with different liquid filling rates heat pipe, the heat transfer effect of the heat pipe acting on the coal pile was tested by using the selfbuilt heat pipe and coal pile experimental platform. The experiment optimizes the entire heat pipe suppression coal spontaneous combustion system through the analysis of the cooling characteristics of the coal pile by the heat pipe and the comparative analysis of the heat pipe cooling rate at earlier and later stages to determine the appropriate heat pipe filling rate. Experimental results show that a heat pipe with charging ratio of 20% can achieve the best effect of rapid transfer of heat storage in a coal pile. The temperature in the high temperature region of the coal pile has a great influence on the heat transfer performance of the heat pipe.The cooling rate of heat pipe under high-temperature heat source is twice as fast as that under the low-temperature heat source.Furthermore, the closer the coal is to the heat source, the more obvious the temperature range change is affected by the heat source and the heat pipe.
